Somatic Soul Coaches™ support clients to resource their innate intelligence and rewire their nervous system for greater aliveness.
This is an advanced skills training for professional women looking to deepen and expand their skillset with somatic coaching. This training will be a selected cohort of 20 women who are ready and willing to dive into their own personal development in coaching and embodied leadership. If you are ready to take yourself on while building a skillset you can easily translate and apply to your current realm of work, this tribe is for you.

WHAT IS SOMATIC SOUL COACHING™?
Somatic Soul Coaching™ uses body-centered techniques that provide coaches with the tools they need to gain greater access to the emotional intelligence that exists within their bodies and the bodies of their clients. It’s an approach to coaching that is backed by neuroscience and grounded in the immediate implementation of physical practices that tap into the flow of wisdom that is present in every body.
The disciplines that directly influence the methodology and theory of Somatic Soul Coaching™ are life coaching, somatic psychology, neuroscience, wisdom traditions, tantric philosophy, yoga, mindfulness and creative art techniques.
WHO THIS TRAINING IS FOR
I designed this program for female coaches, teachers, leaders and anyone else who is hungry to elevate their mind-body practice so they can have a greater impact through the work that they do with their clients. The women who are already enrolled—range from those just starting out to more well established practitioners. There is space for every body here wherever you are in your professional and personal process.
HOW THIS TRAINING IS DIFFERENT
In this no bullshit approach to you becoming the coach you’re meant to be, you will get out of your head and into your body so you can access the deep wisdom and power that exists there. This isn’t talk therapy; it’s not about oversaturating your brain in theories and ideas. This training is different because from day one, you’ll get to work on connecting to your body and uncover the clarity, strength and potential that is already present within you.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Students of Somatic Soul Coach School™ will leave with a direct experience of and applicable knowledge and understanding in three main competencies:
Somatic Intelligence
- Gain basic understanding of how to work with the nervous system.
- Develop a rich vocabulary in emotional and physical literacy.
Embodiment Practices
- Embody and implement the core belief systems of somatic soul coaching.
- Engage with your body as ally.
Client Work
- Learn the anatomy of a somatic coaching session and be able to apply this in client relationship.
- Develop keen self-observation skills and vocabulary to describe physical and emotional experiences.
- Demonstrate the necessary skills to pursue a career as a Somatic Soul Coach2.

- Access to deeply human observation skills that will let you clearly speak into the world of your clients using vocabulary that will allow them to feel seen and heard.

ENROLLMENT ELIGIBILITY
Enrollment Requirements
To be eligible to attend Somatic Soul Coach™ School you are expected to have:
- A basic understanding of the skill of coaching.
- A minimum of 100 hours of professional experience in the field of wellness including coaching, teaching or training in movement and/or mind-body practices, teaching/training in leadership, etc.
- Submitted the application for enrollment
Program requirements to be qualified as a Somatic Soul Coach™
- Attend 100% of group lessons
- Attend 100% of scheduled peer meetings
- Engage in a personal movement practice. Students will develop their personal embodiment practices that support their personal and professional development as a somatic soul coach. These practices can support the their clients as embodiment practice and development in self care.
