On this design-your-own retreat we invite you to create your days, whether that means kicking back and reading in a hammock all day or participating in every offering, we support you in designing an ideal week! Through the embodiment practices of somatic insight & movement meditations, you will rewire and nourish your nervous system for freedom. Through cutting-edge life-coaching techniques, you will liberate yourself from limiting beliefs (you know that inner critic that holds you back) and rewire your mindset.

Through daily Somatic Soul coaching sessions, we will design daily, weekly and long-term action strategies that are specific to your needs and aspirations.
